Gocha Pachulia, CFA
Managing Director
Gocha has over 10 years of experience in the field of finance. His expertise include financial reporting, financial analysis, economics, capital budgeting, statistical/quantitative analysis, financial valuation, derivatives, cost accounting, project management and fixed income. Gocha worked as a head of research at Bank Republic Societe Generale Group and TBC Capital. He also was an external financial consultant of SME sector at Bank of Georgia, prior to launching his company. Gocha holds a master’s degree in business administration from Jönköping International Business School; he is a CFA charterholder.
Zviad Khorguashvili
Economic Adviser
Zviad has more than 10 years of experience in the field of economic education at the highest ranking universities in Georgia. Zviad is a well-known economist in Georgia and one of the most ardent followers of free economic system. Zviad’s works in macroeconomic policy free economy have been published in well-recognized business magazines. Zviad holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from Free University and master’s degree in political sciences from Ilia University.
TAMARA BASILAIA
Business Development Consultant
Tamara has over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and business development. At different times she held the marketing executive positions at Dinamo DIY Hypermarket and Saatchi & Saatchi Tbilisi. Tamara Basilaia holds the bachelor’s degree in business administration from European School of Management (ESM-TBILISI).
TRISTAN NOZADZE
Head of Analytics
Tristan has extensive experience in the financial service sector. Prior to his recent appointment, he served as General Director of Caucasus Micro Credit. He also worked at various corporate department positions at Silk Road Bank, Liberty Bank, BTA Bank and VTB Bank Georgia. Tristan earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Tbilisi State University.
MEGI TSURTSUMIA
Financial Analyst
Megi has an experience in business services, including Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst, Project Management, HR management, Market Research & Competitive Analysis, New Business Strategy Development. Prior to her recent appointment, Megi was a Project Manager at Climate Resilient Rural Development in Georgia, CENN, Market Research and Competitive Analyst at The First University Clinic. Megi earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from International Black Sea University.
